CREEKSIDE SENIOR APARTMENTS


Creekside Senior Apartments Horne Engineering, Inc. designed the site plan and landscaping plan for this site. In addition Horne Engineering, Inc. prepare an ALTA/ACSM plat, a Grading Permit, a Stream Construction Permit for the Kentucky Division of Water, a Topographic Survey and Presentation to the Nicholasville Planning Commission for approval.

Culver's Restaurant - Nicholasville, Kentucky Horne Engineering, Inc. prepared and received approval on the consolidation plat that enabled this site to be constructed. In addition, Horne Engineering, Inc. designed the site plan and landscaping plan, prepared the BMP/SWPPP required by the City of Nicholasville for construction. Horne Engineering, Inc. prepared the ALTA/ACSM survey, secured Board of Adjustment approvals for variences, and also provided construction stake out for this site.

Applebee's Restaurant - Nicholsville, Kentucky Horne Engineering, Inc. designed the site plan, landscaping plan, stormwater design, as well as the regrade plan., Horne Engineering, Inc. also prepared the ALTA/ACSM survey and provided construction stake out for this site.

JESSAMINE COUNTY FIRE DEPARTMENT


Jessamine County Fire Department - Various Horne Engineering, Inc. prepared and received approval for platting that enabled the various sites to be constructed including the Union Mill site and the Training Facility on Star Court. Horne Engineering, Inc. designed the site plan, prepared the topographic survey, and prepared prepared and secured approval for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet required Encroachment Permit.

Storage Max For this site, Horne Engineering, Inc. helped secure Industrial Use permitting for this site, provided platting services, site and landscape design, construction stake out, and construction inspection. In addition, Horne Engineering, Inc. prepared the Notice of Intent - Stormwater required by the Kentucky Division of Water. Horne Engineering, Inc. also prepared the BMP Plan and Manual required by the City of Nicholasville.

Childer's Oil Company - US 27

Horne Engineering, Inc. has provided a variety of services for this site, as well as other sites owned by Childers Oil Company. Some of these services include, Sewer Feasibility Study, Hollow Fill and Grading Permit, Encroachment Permits with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, Flood Elevation Certificates, and Entrance Studies. Horne Engineering, Inc. was also asked to design a small cost-effective pump station to serve the main store, two restaurants, and a car wash. The design included a 3,000 LF force main. Horne Engineering, Inc. worked with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet to have a portion of the force main laid on State right-of-way.
